Robin Michel (*1988 in Böckten, lives and works in Basel) presents a sound performance developed especially for the exhibition "Transformation" by Simon Berger with two separate consecutive pieces, one of them with an instrument developed specifically for the performance.

Since his bachelor studies at the Institute of Art in Basel, Robin Michel has been working mainly with audiovisual media. After earning another bachelor's degree in audio design at the Basel Music Academy in the summer of 2021, Michel is currently pursuing a master's degree at the electronic studio at the Music Academy. Michel's interests lie in the development of music-specific computer programs and interfaces as well as improvised and generative music. He creates performances and installations at the intersection of art and electronic music. www.robin-michel.ch
