The fairs 19th edition returns to the intimate setting of Klybeck 610 and is the inaugural edition under Artistic Director Lee Cavaliere. In 2024, experience the most global event to date, featuring over 45 galleries from 24 countries.
As a globally recognized contemporary art fair, VOLTA powers artistic discovery. The fair presents the Art of Now and offers art enthusiasts and collectors an opportunity to discover and connect with international artists and their stories. In 2024, VOLTA Basel presents its 19th edition and continues to shine a spotlight on new artistic narratives. ‘Firsts’ is a section of the fair that is dedicated to galleries debuting in Basel and gives access to the art market capitals from new regions. VOLTA Basel continues to support community building. With a stronghold of returning galleries from the DACH region, local and international Advisory Board members, the fair provides intergenerational support for new and emerging galleries to navigate the ever-changing contemporary art market, together.
